Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek was born in the US. She is known for portraying Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 film White Chicks Danielle Brooks in the USA Network television series Covert Affairs Dr. Amber Volakis on the Fox series House Lura Grant in the HBO series Big Love and Francine Hanson in the AMC show Mad Men. Anne Dudek was an American actress best known for her role as Tiffany Wilson from the 2004 comedy White Chicks. Her other roles include her roles on television as Dr. Amber Volakis in Fox's sitcom House Danielle Brookson in USA Network's drama Covert Affairs and Lura Grant in HBO's drama Big Love. Growing up in Massachusetts Dudek went to Northwestern University where she got her first stage role in the theatrical show The Iphigenia Cycle. After the Broadway run, she went into New York City and won the Joseph E.Calloway Award. American Theater Magazine named her among the top ten emerging actors who are worth watching. Dudek got roles in both television and film. Matthew Heller, the talented actor and mother-of-two behind a camera was her husband from 2007 to 2016. Dudek was born in Boston Massachusetts on March 22 1975, but grew up in Newton. In her early days, she attended Northwestern University where she performed in several stage productions. Dudek also made her Broadway debut in Wrong Mountain (2000). In 2000, her performance as The Glass Menagerie won her the Connecticut Critics Circle Award. The Book Group: A British Comedy-Drama was her first show in the world of television. Since then, she has guest-starred on a range of shows, including Desperate Houswives Charmed bones Numb3rs Six Feet Under How I Met Your Mother. The pilot episode of the show, Lucinda was portrayed by her. Later on the show Law & Order Criminal Intent she played a teacher who has a sexual affair with a child. Dudek got her first role at House in the fourth season, playing the character Amber Volakis. Amber is one of Dr. Gregory House's 40 of candidates for the position of an indefinite member of House's team. Her character continued to appear throughout the season but was then killed off in the two-part finale Wilson's Heart and the Head of House. The episode of 5th season, Saviors, House would have her reappear later as a hallucination. The way she reappeared for the rest seasons. Dudek also appeared on screen as Francine, the next-door neighbour on Mad Men and as Alby's antagonistic wife on Big Love. Dudek has made her Covert Affairs debut in 2010 in the role of Danielle Brooks' sister. Dudek has also been seen in films playing the part of the heir to the cruise line Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 comedy White Chicks and also played Anthony Hopkins's daughter in The Human Stain.
